Isle of Man Survey
The Isle of Man Survey is the official mapping service for the Isle of Man. It produces electronic map data and also publishes the 1:25 000 scale Outdoor Leisure Map, which is popular with walkers, athletic clubs, motorsport organisations and local residents. Although a dependency of the British Crown, the Isle of Man is neither part of the United Kingdom nor part of the European Union. The island is located in the Irish Sea and, with its varied terrain and proximity to the UK, is a popular tourist destination.
