Our aim

We aim to respond your letter, fax or email within 2 working days of receiving it (e-mails will receive an automated acknowledgement if you do not receive this, we have not received your e-mail, so please re-send).We also aim to send you a full reply within 15 working days. If we are unable to do this we will provide you with an update on our progress.

Making a complaint

If things go wrong and you wish to make a complaint about an Ordnance Survey product or service, please follow the guidelines in the link.  Please direct complaints and feedback about our Partner Products (Memory Map/Anquet/Jarrolds/Philips etc) to the specific partner concerned.  Ordnance Survey is constrained from making comments on our Partner Products.
